    2. What ever happen is happen dont think about past,anyway the best medicine is have proper food(non veg) Ragulu,fruits,milk,eggs.to survey longtime there is no medicne with any doctor in the world but u may expect with in short time okkkk so try to survey until that time.

  9. Once Guruji had mentioned about palleru seeds. (Or is it fruit (kaaya) I did not get clearly. At last I found a shop which sells powder. Yesterday I spotted fruit, too. It has spikes on it like castor seed. Yes, its size is small. Can I buy that? And, should I take out seeds and make powder, or should I crush it whole and make it powder. Is the covering toxic, like in the case of some plants. I ask this because while castor oil is edible, its pulp, the seed part after crushing is toxic, I heard. Jai Ayurvedam.

    1. Hey muni consume more water mim 6ltr daily mainly in the early morning around 4am take approx 2ltr and sleep again and get fresh by 6am continue for 1month hope u vill remember me again.

    My daughter is 2yrs 8months old,and she was prescribed Mahalakshmi vilas ras and septilin for respiratory -bronchial spasms. But websites online say that Mahalakshmi vilas ras has lead contamination in it. Could you plz suggest if it is good or need to use something else?
